"Ali is hands down the best trainer we have ever worked with or met. She not only came over to meet our newly adopted puppy on his first day home, but she was critical in helping us guide him and give him the confidence he needed to walk up our stairs for the first time. She helped us set up a routine for our dog as well as the proper way in which to respond to certain behaviors. On the first day alone, we were able to teach him how to go into his crate on command as well as maintain a place command; two commands that have been essential to our dog's good behavior.

After giving us an amazing foundation to work with, Ali was able to visit frequently for the first month and gave us even more tools to work with in order to help set our dog up for success. We established a foundation in walking and worked on his recall outside; she also helped our dog get over his stress around other dogs by bringing over her own dogs that could help our dog socialize. Beyond the amazing visits, Ali was and remains easily accessible for questions that come up along the way. When we couldn't get through to our vet for half a day after finding a tick on our dog's head, we were able to text Ali a picture of the tick and she gave us a walkthrough to know what to look for and be aware of. Even less crucial questions, such as "why is our dog crying when we put him in the crate," were solved with a rapid response from Ali that allowed us to solve the problem immediately. We couldn't be more relieved and happy to have Ali as our dog coach, and we highly recommend everyone we meet with either a new dog or a dog that needs a little help to reach out to her!"
